Multi-Party Implementations
Open+ are very comfortable working in multi-party implementations where three or more organisations may be involved to deliver a complete project.
In addition, Open+ are used to having different involvement levels during the lifecycle of a project. For example, training internal personnel to develop, QA, test and maintain a solution and for Open+ to transition into a 2nd Level technical support function. In a few projects, Open+ have supplied Interim management roles to manage all commercial as well as the technical aspects of a project.
